Dog Walking & Pet Care in Larkspur
Attentive local care across walking, sitting, boarding, and training.
How we came to care for Larkspur pets.
Larkspur grew into our service area the same way most places did—one satisfied owner telling another. What started as a few regular walks on Larkspur's shaded, leafy streets became a steady local presence built on attentive, everyday care. Drawing on more than six years of dog-walking experience, we learned how to read each dog's energy and keep their routine steady, whether it's a brisk walk or a quiet visit. Three years into running Paws & Play Marin, that careful, relationship-first approach still shapes every Larkspur visit. We set out to be the caregiver owners actually get to know—the one who remembers their dog's quirks and shows up the way they'd hope, every time.
Services we offer to Larkspur pet families.
Larkspur pet owners have the complete range of Paws & Play Marin services to draw on. Dog walking, available 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, gives your dog consistent exercise, outdoor time, and a dependable break in the day. Pet sitting keeps your pet cared for in familiar surroundings while you're away, with 24/7 service availability. Dog boarding offers a comfortable stay when you need to travel, and dog training supports better everyday communication, leash manners, and routines. Every arrangement starts with a conversation about your pet's routine and needs—so whether it's a regular walking schedule, a boarding stay, or a training conversation, the care covers the full range of what your pet needs.
Why Larkspur owners choose Paws & Play Marin.
Larkspur owners choose us because the care is attentive across the board—walking, sitting, boarding, and training from one local caregiver who actually knows their pet. With more than six years of dog-walking experience, we know how to keep a routine steady and how to adjust when a dog's needs change. Dependable communication means you're always in the loop about how your pet is doing. Flexible options mean you don't have to coordinate multiple providers as your needs shift through the year. Most of all, Larkspur families value that every arrangement begins with understanding the dog in front of us, so the support feels personal and consistent rather than generic or rushed.
